During the week 5-10/12/2022, one of our employees participated in the international shadowing program for social enterprises of SE-HUBS.

She visited the organisation KŁOS” SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ in Lodz, Poland.

KLOS is part of a cluster of different legal entities who cooperate to support and rehabilitate people with disabilities.

During the job shadowing our employee had the opportunity to see the social service framework of Poland and the support it gives to people with disabilities.

It was a unique experience to see the operation of a very developed NGO and be inspired to grow and evolve.

The shadowing program is part of the SEHUBS Co-creating Hubs for Social Enterprises project 621421-EPP-1-2020-1-IT-EPPKA3-IPI-SOC-IN.
